An everyday exercise?

There are certain things needed to be done each and every day.  The title "An everyday exercise?"  I added the question mark because these are ones we shouldn't even think of as exercise like stretching.  Dr. Oz touches his toes every morning as part of his routine.  Here is another one:

We were all born with the ability to belly breathe - watch a baby's abdomen rise as she takes in air, and gently fall as she breathes out. Adults often breathe shallowly. Try this now. Breathe in and out five times with your hand on your belly. Feel it inflate and deflate. Breathe in peace. Breathe out stress. Thank you for taking care of yourself.
