Hi, I have to admit that I have a wonderful fullfilling life. I wake up in the morning and am so grateful and thankful to be healthy. I mix up a chocolet Usana Nutrimeal shake for breakfast, which is very, very good and take my vitamins with it. I really like the chocolet flavor, it is such a quick and easy breakfast and it fills me up! It is also Low Glycemic, so it lasts and helps keep my sugars up during my workout.
I started watching espn's exercise guy, Gilad, about 15 years ago and had fun exercising with him and his show, Bodies in Motion. The same show is on the Fit TV channel and I have fun exercising with him again. Now, I carry 3lb. weights while doing the 7 minute Aerobic part. It is a tougher workout, but I'm healthier now and can handle it! A nice warm shower and I'm ready for my day!
