Hi, I have been busy leaving flyers out at clubs,churches, Dr.and Dentist offices, and hair salons for my Diabetic Luncheon coming up on Sat. Oct. 24th. For $15.00, Diabetics and their family can have a very nice lunch, complete with the Carbs figured out for them. I am very much looking forward to meeting everyone! It will be held in St. Charles, IL at Tri City Fitness,at 1:00pm. As a healthy, 40 year Type 1 Diabetic, I feel quite qualified to be able to do this. It has always been frustrating for me to go to a restaurant, and not know what I have been eating in terms of carb counts.
