Earlier tonight, Oprah Winfrey had her Lifeclass on tv and it was all about the energy you put out is all ready coming right back to you. At the end of the show, she asked the viewers a question and of course I can't remember exactly what it was. Something about What energy do you put out there and what energy comes back. My mind was wherling. Wherling's probubly not a word, oh well. I started wondering, why isn't energy coming back to me better? I tried to change about 10 years ago to be a more open, happy, and fun person.
I had taken my son to church and it was at the coffee break afterwords that I noticed people sitting together with joy coming right out of their hearts. That's what made me join and from then on I've been noticing people and it's easy to see that people who complain about illness, have it and people who are genuinely happy and thank God for their blessings are healthy! I like being around the happy people. So I've been trying to be more happy too, but it's not always coming back. Why? I thought of my blood sugars and how they can swing up and down up to 400 points a day and how tired I become. When my sugar drops, the first thing I notice is I can't think as well and there are times I become very depressed. When the Type 1 Johnson & Johnson heiress died a couple of years ago, it came out in the news that Depression is common in Diabetics. So what energy goes out when insulin drops my sugar and I become mad or depressed? Is that why not all energy coming back to me is good? I never thought of it like that before.
Thank you Oprah for the insite and questions! If anyone here has any idea if it's true or not, please let me know.
