What I'm doing now to help myself get off insulin, is documenting all my insulin intake for the day, along with all the exercise and what food I'm eating. It's a big job, but I know how to make it easier from being a weight loss coach. I keep a small notebook with me and record what I'm eating, my blood sugar and the time, then at the end of the day I write it down in my big book. I could use a little help getting it all documented on the computer, I don't know how to use Excell or everything in Word, but I suppose I can try something in Word, then it would be more legable. What do you think?
