Weekends play a very important part of a Diabetics life, because they are a different routine. During the work week, it is nice to get into a routine with the exercise you get. You get up at the same time each day, and pretty much exercise at the same time each day. When the weekend comes, everything is different and your body will react. All Diabetics need to be aware of this, if you relax on the weekends, your BG will go up and if you exercise at a different time, or exercise more, then your BG will go down and that could spell trouble.
It is very important to be aware of your life and have Juice boxes, Glucose tablets, or fat free Candy right next to you all the time. Even, in my case, on your night stand when you sleep.
